本厂生产的多排轴（四轴）木工全自动仿形车床，可同时生产四个一模一样的出品（如：车花瓶两分钟车四个），只需普工操作，生产快捷质量标准，只要将材料装机后机器自动完成车削工序,适应做花瓶，楼梯栏杆，桌椅脚，圆木柄等异性木件加工制造。该机床主要有底座，支撑住、丝杠、涡轮蜗杆、刀架、电机等部件构成，本机床采用涡轮蜗杆传动，即有一个电动机负责涡轮蜗杆、丝杠的传动，这样保证了四根加工木材的动力旋转机构的同步性，同时也就保证了四个工件加工的一模一样，另外丝杠的动力也有涡轮蜗杆的电机通过链轮带动，这样就保证了借给的同步性。该机床中间的用来顶工件用的顶尖座固定在两底座之间的横住上，并且，这个顶尖座的左右距离可以根据客户的需求来调整，因此，四轴仿形车床加工工件的长度范围可扩大到730mm，增加了该机床的实用性。四轴仿形车床采用全自动加紧与退刀时的拔刀技术，在上料过程中只需把手向后拉，上料后顶尖会在弹簧力的作用下自动预紧夹住工件，然后再气缸推动下订紧工件；在加工完工件后，也只需要按下气动按钮，在气缸的作用下，电机、刀座板就会在绕着中连轴旋转一定的角度，当电机、刀座板旋转到位后，就可以安全退刀了，完成了工件的加工。四轴仿形车得模具与贴近模具的刀的距离可以通过调整螺钉来调整两者之间的距离，这样就可以根据客户的需求来调整需要加工工件的直径，其调整范围为0-60mm，这样就增加了四轴仿形车床的综合性能。
机械性能：该设备为二维运动加工，四轴装料，可同时加工4件同规格的产品。操作简单，可根据模具情况加工任意外形轮廓曲线的回转产品。与传统仿形木工铣床相比该仿形机床增加了如下技术亮点：高性能气缸加紧；变频器，旋转编码器与变频电机相配合使得理论转速达到传统仿形木工铣床的8倍，并且精度明显提高；自动停车；工作完自动回零点等。
The milling machine can produce 4 identical products at the same time( such as 4 vases in 4 minutes), merely under an ordinary worker’s control. Just put the original material ready on the machine, and you will get standard finished products in a short time. This machine mainly consist of base, support column, leading screw, turbo and worm, knife rest, motor and etc. One of the features of this machine is the turbo and worm driven system (id est an independent motor is responsible for the drive of the turbo and worm). By this way, we can make sure the product processing’s synchronization, and get four identical products at the same time.
Besides, the center tailstock is fixed on the cross-column between two bases, and the tailstock’s position can be adjusted according to customer’s need. Also, the production’s diameter can also be modulate in a range of 0-60 mm by adjusting the screws. Therefore, the processing length range can be as long as 730mm, which effectively enhance the lathe’s practicability。
Meanwhile, Four-axis profiling milling machine adopted automatic clamping and knife retract technology. What you need to do, is just pull a handle at the beginning and press a button when it is finished. Then, the collaboration among transducer, rotary encoder and frequency conversion made the rotating speed and precision much higher than the before.
